Before you know it, the sun will be shining upon our building at Valhalla Haus once again! For that reason, we will be looking for as much variety in our food offerings as our budget will allow -- we want to create a good balance of medieval ethnic food as well as European style offerings. Our theme for 2012 is “Nordic Medieval Culture” highlighting the diversity in our Viking community. We will be looking at a range of cuisines in our food area to accompany our theme and hope that you too will enjoy these delights.
