Runestone Celtic Folk Festival being held
on November 19th, 2011 at the Heavener
Runestone Monument Park in Heavener
Oklahoma.

      On July 1st 2011 the Friends of Heavener Runestone LLC
took over operations of the Park from the State of Oklahoma
for the City of Heavener. The Friends have organized as a tax
exempt non-profit to support the city with preserving, protecting,
and promoting the park and monument.

We have kicked off a membership drive that will allow the public
at large to help in our efforts and contribute to the sustainability
of the Park. Heavener Runestone Park means so much too so
many people. The Quality of Life, Historical, and Economic
impact of the park for Le Flore County is invaluable.

Our Vision is to concentrate efforts to provide resources and
support to ensure future generations will experience the unique
beauty and entertainment that this one of a kind venue has to
offer.
